A buying house is your sourcing team in the producing country. We select factories, develop samples, negotiate prices, follow production and inspect quality — so you deal with one accountable partner instead of many factories.
It depends on the product and fabric. Knit basics usually start from around 1,000 pieces per style, sweaters and woven from lower quantities. We also handle capsule drops — send us your quantities and we will match the right factory.
Proto samples usually take 7–14 days once the tech pack and fabric are confirmed. Lab dips and strike-offs are started in parallel so colour is approved early.
Most programmes ship 60–90 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on fabric, quantity and season. We agree a critical path with you before production starts.

Yes. Partner factories hold audits and certifications such as amfori BSCI, Sedex SMETA, WRAP, OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, OCS and GRS. We share certificates and audit reports for the factory producing your order.
Our own QC team carries out inline inspections during production and a final AQL inspection before packing, with measurement checks and photo reports. Third-party lab tests are arranged where your standard requires them.
Yes. We source GOTS and OCS certified organic cotton and GRS certified recycled fibres, with transaction certificates for full traceability.
